  • use a variety of creative methods to explore alternative solutions to an industry brief 
  • work as part of a team to identify opportunities for making a creative input into the planning and organisation of an event or festival
  • develop creative outcomes and present them at oragnised events in liaison with clients or organisers

At Advanced level learners will:

  • develop a response to a brief which demonstrates creativity across two disciplines
  • explore professional creativity by undertaking a work placement 
  • respond to a brief set by a client, bringing a piece of work from conception to realisation
  • appreciate the importance of actively seeking opportunities for creativity, and be able to develop proposals and pitches
  • undertake the initial planning, research and preparation of a commission based on a client's brief 
  • complete a commission negotiated with a client
