Public Services
The Public Services Diploma provides a vibrant and varied applied learning environment for learners to develop an understanding of how public services contribute to the lives of individuals and communities. Learners acquire knowledge and develop skills in the broad context of the public service sector. It will give learners an overview of the public sector, looking at how this sector is designed, delivered and managed for the good of the wider community and how it contributes to businesses.

Diplomas can be studied at three levels. Preview units and assessment methods for each level - Foundation, Higher and Advanced.
